Hard drives seem to crash right before a big deadline. Mine did. I called Monkeybytes and Matt, the owner, took a big "byte" out of my stress! He came over right away. He worked hard, not only to get the computer running, but he came by to ensure my software problems were fixed, too. The only way to make this service better is for it to be inexpensive. You know what? It got better! Matt charges $60. That's it. And he won't quit until he has it right. I highly recommend him.
