SCHEDULE NEIGHBORHOOD HOA ANNUAL MEETINGS BEFORE OCT. 17
Posted on Sep 11th, 2013
It’s time to schedule the annual HOA meetings for the seven Lakepoint neighborhoods.
Each neighborhood meeting should take place before October 17. Bylaws for each neighborhood require that meetings must take place no less than 75 days before the beginning of the fiscal year. October 17 is the 75th day. In addition, the bylaws require that the neighborhood boards must notify their residents at least 15 days before the scheduled annual meeting.
Holding neighborhood annual meetings before October 17 will give neighborhoods the opportunity to elect new board members, select a representive to the Master HOA Board, develop any questions to address at the Master HOA meeting, and to encourage neighbors to attend the Master Board annual meeting.
The Master HOA annual meeting is October 27, 3 p.m. at the Wichita Country Club.
