NEIGHBORHOOD ANNUAL HOA MEETINGS BEST BEFORE OCT. 16

Like the Lakepoint Master HOA, all of the seven individual neighborhood HOAs are required to have an annual meeting 75 days before January 1, 2012. Please schedule your annual meetings before the October 16 Lakepoint HOA meeting so you can elect your officers and/or a representative to the Master Board. You can add your meeting details to the Upcoming Events section on the right side of our website’s home page.
Four neighborhoods – Autumn Chase, Bradford Place, Country Walk and Cross Creek -- have Lakepoint Master HOA representatives whose terms expire at the end of the year. Most representatives agreed to stay on if re-elected, however nominations are open for additional residents to be considered for these four positions. Here are the 2011 Lakepoint HOA Board members:
- Autumn Chase – Don Hysko
- Bradford Place – Richard Kice
- Country Walk – Carolyn Ramsey, Juan Rebolledo
- Cross Creek – Steve Thomas
- Gatewood – Janel Scott
- Woodcrest Estates – Carl Nelson
- Woodland Estates – Jack Ritchie
