Twenty new -- and hungry -- grass-eating carp were added to Upper Autumn Chase Lake on July 22 to combat a growing algae problem in the water. The result is already noticeable.  The fish are growing ... the algae is not. 

 

On a side note, if you see out-of-area fisherman hooking up with these fish -- or any fish -- please tell them to leave and that  the lakes are for private use only.  You are paying for these fish with your homeowners dues. Protect your interests.
