NEW NON-RESIDENT FISHING POLICY NOW IN EFFECT
Posted on Jul 25th, 2016
Lakepoint's new non-resident fishing policy outlines what to do if you see fishermen who don't appear to live in Lakepoint and what to do if a resident wants to give a guest permission to fish. Please follow these guidelines to help keep out-of-area fishermen from fishing our lakes and leaving trash behind.LAKEPPONT NON-RESIDENT FISHING POLICY
- Lakepoint lakes are for resident fishing only.
- If you have given your guest(s) permission to fish in Lakepoint, accompany them, if possible. If you are not able to accompany them, please give their name(s), your name, address and phone number to a board member at www.lakepointliving.com. The board will tell security not to intervene.
- If you see someone fishing who you believe is not a resident, contact the Lakepoint HOA Master board at www.lakepointliving.com. Click on “Contact us” near the top center of the home page. A board member will then call Lakepoint’s security company.
