With elections in November, a lot of political signs will be springing up. Realtor open house signs and garage sale signs often create clutter that affects the beauty of Lakepoint. For this reason, the Lakepoint Master Board has adopted a new signage policy for residents to follow. Based on the Sedgwick County "Sign Code," Lakepoint's new policy outlines the number and placement of signs only in Lakepoint's common area.
