LAKEPOINT VOTERS: READ BELOW TO COMPARE CURRENT BYLAWS AND NEW BYLAWS

Thank you for visiting the website to review the newly amended bylaws and compare them to the current bylaws. The general purpose for the revisions is to modify and update the bylaws to bring them in compliance with the Kansas Uniform Common Interest Owners Bill of Rights Act.

Once you have reviewed the bylaws, cast your votes – two votes per lot/residence – on the postcard ballot and drop it into the mail by July 24. No postage is required.
Two votes per lot/residence is essential, even if there is only one person living in your residence. Please cast both votes and return the enclosed ballot by July 24.

Article 3.2 seems to have some redundancy. Was paragraph one to be replaced by the second paragraph?

The first paragraph of section 3.2 refers to the annual Lakepoint meeting conducted by the Lakepoint Master Board. This is for ALL Lakepoint residents. The second paragraph refers to meetings for INDIVIDUAL HOAs. While the two paragraphs look redundant, they are addressing two different entities.
