The best way to reach him is by email. He can check his email in his car, while on patrol. Officer Noack's email is ENOACK@wichita.gov.

"I am rarely in the office, but I have email in my car," he said. "My hours vary by day. Usually I work from about 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. but that can change depending on meetings and other assignments. My days off are Sat., Sun. and Monday."
