CROSS CREEK UPDATES ISLAND
Posted on Jul 29th, 2010

Some of the new plantings include golden euyonomous shrubs, clumps of switchgrass, three red Knockout roses and groupings of Green Velvet boxwoods. "Recycled" plants are Autumn Joy sedum and Stella d' Oro daylilies.

Using funds from their own treasury, Cross Creek residents elected to revamp their island for their own enjoyment as well as to enhance the overall look of Lakepoint.

When you meet a Cross Creek resident, tell them thanks for a job well done If your own neighborhood entrance island could use rejuvenating, talk to your board. Chances are, your treasury fyunds are just sitting there unused. What better way to use it than to beautify the area and free up Lakepoint dollars for other common-area projects?

Remember all plans for must be submitted to the Lakepoint Master Board for approval..
