A small dog named Wllie was lost near the north entrance to Lakepoint and the owner is offering a reward for his safe return. He got off his leash and collar so he wasn't wearing any tags. He's a blond, long dauchand and Chihuahua mix.  The guard at Country Place across from Lakepoint's entrance saw a  motorcycle and dark car stop and pick him up.
