Gatewood's pride in Lakepoint's appearance and generosity is catching. Bradfort Place purchased and laid mulch for its entrance island. The Woodland Estates HOA board voted to provide an additional $1,000 to help cover the costs of mulching that Gatewood had undertaken. With bare areas, including trees, in need of mulch throughout Lakepoint, perhaps Autumn Chase, Cross Creek, Country Walk and Woodcrest Estates will consider pitching in too.
