Remember last year's high water bills, weeds, and brown spots? A series of upcoming classes at Sedgwick County Extension will help homeowners struggling with their lawns learn strategies to grow great grass, get rid of problems, and understand best watering practices.

All classes will be held in the Sedgwick County Extension Center Sunflower Room from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the Sedgwick County Extension Education Center, 7001 W 21st N, Wichita, KS.

 

Learn the basics of lawn care and how to have a green lawn with minimum inputs.

This class will troubleshoot common Kansas lawn problems: weeds, insects, diseases, and

other problems.

This class will cover knowing how much water your lawn needs, when to water, and how to

water during heat and drought.
