$500 DELINQUINT HOA DUES NOW POSTED ON WEB

Homeowners who are $500 or more overdue on their HOA fees will now be posted on the "Delinquent Dues" page of this website. Previously, this listing started at $700.
Paying your Lakepoint Homeowner’s Association assessment dues – on time and in full – is part of your commitment as a homeowner to abide by the covenants, bylaws and policies of Lakepoint. These dues are used to maintain and improve the neighborhood. When the dues are NOT paid, the budget suffers, causing the Lakepoint Master Board to cut expenditures or increase the HOA assessment.
In addition, a homeowner who owes $1,000 or more will have a lien placed on his house.
ALL Lakepoint homeowners pay the price for delinquent homeowners. For this reason, and because the budget continues to increase, the board will list any homeowner who owes $500 or more on this page. When a homeowner owes $500 on his dues, that means he has not paid ANY dues for almost three quarters of a year!
In addition, a homeowner who owes $1,000 or more will have a lien placed on his house.
