The Grinch seems to be out in full force this holiday season.  In the early morning hours of December 14 -- about 3 to 4 a.m. -- vandals broke into and damaged several mailboxes. One Cross Creek resident noticed that most mailboxes were open around 6 a.m, while on a walk. The Wichita Police Department was notified. 

You may want to avoid putting outgoing mail in your mailbox, especially at this time of year.  Also, check your porch frequently for delivered packages. The Grinch is pretty nervy!
