A new 2015 Lakepoint Directory is "under construction" and you should have recently received a form to submit with your information. Please fill out and return the form by December 5. If you do not want to be included in the directory, send in the form with your street address on the name line. If you do not submit your form, the new directory will contain the same information that was printed in the 2013 directory.
