WELLS, BUDGETS, DISCUSSED AT ANNUAL HOA MEETING

About 28 residents attended the 2011 Annual Lakepoint meeting on November 14 at the Wichita Country Club. Discussion covered water wells, wildlife control, budget concerns, HOA fee hikes, common area beautification, the website, Central Street construction, officer elections, landscape maintenance contracts and light fixtures.
