The Lakepoint entrance at Central incurred damages to the grading, grass and water meter access during street and sewer work by the city. The Master Board has worked with the city and contractors to get restitution for the damages. To date, all contractors have agreed to pay for repairs to the turf and irrigation and the city will replace missing sidewalk sections on November 14. Whether grass replacement will be by seeding or sodding is yet to be determined.
