The Bradford Place Annual Picnic had a turnout of 42 people -- a really great turnout for a small, but obviously close-knit neighborhood!  The picnic was held on Friday, September 22, at the home of Phil and Emily Bump (8817 Bradford Circle).  There may have even been a lighted birthday candle or two for Don Ziegler (Ziegler Electric), the man who keeps  Lakepoint's lights shining every night!
