You've probably seen the anti-theft warnings before -- Don't leave your car running unattended. Keep your garage door closed. A few days ago (mid-January), one Gatewood resident learned the hard way. His car was warming up in the garage and of course, the garage door was open. Someone walked into the garage and drove off with his car.
