Your Lakepoint Master HOA board elected the following officers/managers for 2011:
- President – Jack Ritchie
Management oversight of all offices
Setting board direction and agenda - Vice President – Don Hysko
Assist President in duties - Treasurer – Steve Thomas
Annual Budget
Financial reports
Collections - Secretary – Carl Nelson
Meeting Minutes
HOA legal compliance - Landscape Project Manager – Janel Scott
Beautification projects
Flowers
Tree trimming and replacements
Volunteer Day - Communications Manager – Carolyn Ramsey
Website Management
Notifications - Maintenance Manager – Juan Rebolledo
Anything that breaks
Anything that is vandalized or damaged
Security - Environmental Manager – Don Hysko
Organize and prepare regular walk-throughs
Wildlife control
Snow removal
Lake water quality – Algae etc. - Member -- Richard Kice
Janel (Gatewood) replaced Jeff Spahn (also Gatewood), who completed his term on the board. Jeff's contributions to the board were much appreciated. Thank you for your hard work, Jeff.
